3. Subscription and Trial

Mosaic is free to try for 7 days. After your trial period, continued access requires a one-time purchase or an active subscription. All data you record during the trial period is retained regardless of your payment decision.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Mosaic only for lawful, personal purposes consistent with these terms. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for any activity that occurs through your use of Mosaic.

5. Not a Medical Device

Mosaic is designed for general wellness and self-reflection. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the app constitutes medical or psychological advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Mosaic.
